If a piece is not right, send it back. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
What can be returned
- Unworn items in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Footwear returned in its original box, undamaged and unmarked.
- Accessories complete with dust bags, cards, and packaging.
What cannot be returned
- Fragrances and grooming products once the seal is broken.
- Underwear, swimwear, and socks once opened, for hygiene reasons.
- Bespoke, engraved, or personalised pieces.
- Vault acquisitions — these are covered by a separate private viewing period agreed with your Client Advisor.
How to return
- Sign in and open the order under My Account.
- Choose the items you want to return and tell us why.
- Print the label we email you and attach it to the parcel.
- Drop the parcel at any carrier point.
Refunds
We inspect returns within 2 business days of arrival. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty or wrongly sent.
Exchanges
For a different size or colour, return the original and place a new order. That is the fastest way to secure the piece you want before it sells out.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange collection and a replacement or full refund at our cost.
