These terms apply to every order placed with LONE BREED. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we send your confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or we spot a pricing error, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include our margin but exclude any import duties. Estimated tax is calculated at checkout. Duties or customs charges raised by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment
Payment is taken at the point of order through the method you select. We accept major cards and the wallets shown at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until payment clears.
Authenticity
Every item we sell is guaranteed authentic. Vault pieces are inspected and issued with a certificate of authenticity. If any item is ever shown not to be genuine, we will refund you in full.
Delivery
Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates from the moment your order ships, not from the moment you place it. Risk passes to you on delivery.
The Vault
Vault pieces are not sold through the standard checkout. A private purchase request is an enquiry, not a binding sale. Availability, price, and terms are confirmed in writing by a Client Advisor before any payment is taken.
Intellectual property
The LONE BREED name, marks, photography, and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that governs it.
